About Eastern Iowa Doll Shows
Sherryl Newton, promoter of the Eastern Iowa Doll Shows in Maquoketa and Davenport has been a doll collector for over 25 years, and a dealer for 15 years. I am excited about these shows which have been the largest doll shows in Iowa for 30 years. Look for new additions for 2012.
Sherryl grew up in retail with a family in the jewelry business. As part of that business, the family traveled around the world to find the best gemstones. Sherryl's souvenir from those trips were always dolls in ethnic costumes. "I was a doll collector before I even knew it."
